Good morning, Baxter Springs! Today is Thursday so that means biscuits and gravyyy!! 🥳 Stop in today and try our delicious homemade biscuits and gravy paired with a nice refreshing lotus or dirty soda!

In our cabinet we have cinnamon crunch muffins, blueberry muffins, apple turnovers, banana nut bread with brown butter frosting, blueberry breakfast cake, and a few day old pastries. We also offer our breakfast croissants, breakfast burritos, and fruit and yogurt parfaits.

For breakfast we have several options to choose from. We have suasage, bacon, chorizo burritos, the Rancher which is a savory mix of egg, pepper jack cheese, suasage, bacon, and ham.

For something a little lighter we have cherry danish, chocolate chip cookies, blueberry muffins, lemon poppy seed bread, and cinnamon crunch muffins!
