Hey Friends! We have new faces around here and thought maybe we were due for an introduction 🧡

We are Drew and Abbey Hill— Owners of Huck’s Drive Thru here in Baxter Springs KS. We purchased this business in early 2024 and turned what was simply a drive through coffee trailer into what Huck’s is today, and are in the midst of making it bigger and better every day!

We are locals to Baxter (born and raised) and are so happy to be able to be building this business in our hometown. On the days we aren’t at Huck’s you can catch us with our two fun kids and pup, working in our garden, swimming, or doing pretty much anything outside 🌞

Before owning this business our backgrounds were in crane operating (Drew) and interior design + wedding floral design (Abbey). Then we thought, why not take on a coffee/restaurant business?! 😜

Who is Huck you may ask? He is our 8 year old black and white dog, he is the inspiration behind the name and is loved immensely 🐾

We are taking preorders for our next batch of Huck’s shirts and hats! Including a 4th of July limited shirt 🇺🇸

We will have all items available at the trailer & at Baxter’s Light Up The Sky event on July 3rd, but we wanted to give you a chance to secure your order and size if you would like!

Let’s try something new this weekend— Tomorrow (Sat 6/6) we will be serving breakfast all day (we normally switch to lunch at 11)!
