It has been such a sad week and month. As the seasons change, so do seasons of life. These 3 have either accepted jobs and moved cities, are furthering their education out of state, or got their dream internship. We’re so proud of them and are excited, but we’re also going through a little bit of grief. Adriana has been with us for over 3 years, was promoted to Head Barista, and also learned how to roast our coffee. She provided so much leadership, raised our standards, and was beloved by the staffed. She was known for her playlists, her cleanliness standards, and her hustle. Jackie was with us just short of 3 years, was so consistent and steady, and was always such a pleasant sweet face. She also was such a hard worker and an incredible example for the whole team. Even when life was crazy, she still showed up for her shifts with a smile. Olivia quickly became our Inventory Manager, with her experience, attention to detail, and professionalism. She helped us refine our systems even more, and took care of all of our needed ingredients, shopping, and ordering. These three ladies have left huge holes both on the team and in our hearts. We know you will miss their faces as well, and we had to do a tribute post! Thank you for all of your work, your devotion, your heart, and for adding so much to our culture and who we are. We love you Adriana, Jackie, and Olivia! Please come back and see us! 😭😭😭 🫶 🫶 🫶
