After an overwhelming response during Restaurant Week, two favorites are officially joining the JED’s menu full-time:

Étouffée Fries - Crispy shoestring fries smothered in crawfish étouffée and topped with melted cheese.

Grilled Pork Chop - Steen’s cane syrup glaze, stewed collard greens and smashed potatoes. And this one’s gluten-free!
