IT'S BEEN A YEAR!

There are several parts to this update so keep reading to the bottom.

I can't believe it but it has been a year this month that we opened. September 25th of last year. There have been highs, some mids, and a couple of lows, but you all have shown your support for us every day and seen what Scratch-baking can mean. It warms my heart. We have grown from just me, doing everything...every day...all by myself...with no help...no one to talk to...or even to pity me, to now having two employees and needing a third! We keep growing each month thanks to you and your love of our cheesecake.

Now to the flavors!
This month we are doing an All-Star menu. These are our four best selling flavors from our first year in business.

Chantilly Berry
Vanilla Cookie Butter
Key Lime
Brownie Bottom.

We are also adding a new CORE FLAVOR!
CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE!!!!

Customers can now select our Original Southern Style OR our Chocolate Cheesecake, and experiment with toppings to create their perfect cheesecake.

This month on September 4 we are doing another Finish the Four event to get ready for Tailgating. For every three cheesecakes you buy we will give you one! You can choose Original Southern Style, Chocolate, Strawberry, or Turtle. Be sure to let other folks know.

Tuesdays are order days. Order arrives. All stock has to be put away and rotated. Shelves are cleaned while empty. Boxes broken down. Everything taken to the dumpster. THEN we can start making cheesecake batter. The fun never stops.

Finish the Four on September 4!

We enjoyed National Cheesecake Day so much we are doing it again! On Friday, Spetember 4 we will be giving away a cheesecake for every 3 you buy, so we will Finish the Four box. You can choose from Original Southern Style, Turtle, or Strawberry. Stop in any time that day and get ready for Tailgating the next day!
