Today, we’re excited to show you how we put together a charcuterie board for our client’s quinceañera! They had 150 guests at their party and wanted to make sure everyone had plenty to eat. We packed the board with a colorful mix of fresh fruits, two kinds of dried fruits, six kinds of cheese, 3 kinds of meat, mixed nuts, dates, and peaches. To add some extra flavor, we included three types of spreads, four kinds of crackers, and sweet waffles and cookies.
