For a first class beverage experience, Fonda San Miguel’s Bar Manager, Marconi Salazar, will create his new take on Old Fashioneds! The Ozomotli is made with high-end Dos Hombres Tobla mezcal whose bold notes come from the Copal trees which enrich the soul where Tobla agaves are grown. The Moctezuma Old Fashioned is made with Leyendas de México extra Añejo tequila that’s distilled for 9 years and carries notes of vanilla, oak, caramel, and cinnamon. Top off tonight’s dinner with an Old Fashioned smoked in a cherry wood box at your table!
