ITS HAPPENING AGAIN!! 😱
After leaving Austin, Texas I’ve taken some time to recenter in nature, reconnect to myself and to my love of food ❤️
This time has been amazing- but now I’m ready to start ~slowly~ dipping my toe back in the water and build my cheez biz in Denver, Colorado!!

My FIRST popup in Denver is happening TOMORROW FRIDAY AUG 21st! 5-8 PM Ratio Beerworks overland with VegFest Colorado for a Vegan BBQ!!!

I’ll be bringing a limited menu of my greatest hits- so come see what all the cheese hype is about! 😋😋😋

Well Folks it’s been exactly two weeks since our final market at TFM at Bell & Mueller Mueller!
Even two weeks later, I’m still feeling all the feels from that day ❤️ Everyone I got to see that stopped by was truly magical. I hope you liked your goodies and are still enjoying some cheese!

Since then, my partner and I have packed up and moved across the country to Denver, Colorado. We have been crazy busy unpacking and settling in, so I’ve been a little MIA. But don’t worry- I promise Peace Cheese isn’t gone forever. I brought everything with me!

I’ll be starting at some vegan markets here, I’ll keep all of you posted. Stay tuned!

Being a q***r, vegan, transgender cheesemaker in the South hasn’t been easy! In fact, it’s been really hard! But I’ll never forget the people who stayed, kept an open mind, and continued to believe in a kinder world.
