We hear some version of this more often than we think we should, so consider this a PSA for those who don't understand. We may be a walk-in only restaurant, but we seat every seat in the restaurant on a first come, first served basis. Yes, this includes the bar seats. If we let every person who "just needs..." jump the line, then the rest of our guests who waited like good little girls and boys would receive terrible service. If waiting your turn isn't your favorite, or you are just simply unable to grasp this concept, then feel free to miss us. Otherwise, come by and visit us, where we serve people in the order that they are received. PS. We haven't figured out what "new management" means, seeing as we've been here for 12 years.
