Meet Chef Josue Peña, Executive Chef at The Iberian Pig Buckhead. Originally from Puerto Rico, Josue found his way into the kitchen at just 15 years old while working in an Italian restaurant in Florida. After graduating from Miami’s Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, his career continued to grow through a deep respect for technique, flavor, and hospitality. Now in Atlanta, he brings that experience to The Iberian Pig with a connection to Spanish cuisine, a love for the community, and a thoughtful approach to every plate 🐖⁠
