After washing down homemade tortillas with frozen margaritas at a local Tex-Mex
haunt, the compadres vowed to put their money and passion for true Texas cooking where their mouths were. The result – the original ‘Nueva Texicana’ gourmet food truck. Tex's Tacos is currently owned and operated by Katherine and Jeff - a husband and wife team who's passion for great food and exceptional service led them to acquiring a second truck and the plans for a future brick and mortar on the way.
