Women’s History Month, but make it a little witchy ✨

Meet Briley—our FOH Manager and Social Media Manager, the creative force behind the scenes and the vibe you feel you walk in.

A Ta**us through and through (grounded, a little stubborn, and definitely casting spells when needed), she keeps service running smooth while making sure Whiskeybird looks as good online as it feels in person.

Artist at heart—animation, painting, sculpture—you name it. Studied film in Chicago, animation at SCAD, and picked up inspiration everywhere from Alabama to Savannah to Grand Rapids.

If she’s not running the floor, she’s probably reading sci-fi about the end of the world, eating ice cream, or sipping a spicy marg on a patio somewhere plotting her next move.

Basically… if Whiskeybird feels a little magical, now you know why. (It’s so weird to write your own bio, but someone’s gotta do it)💅🤷‍♀️🖤✨

Jamie Watts—our resident vibeologist, crystal queen, and official Whiskeybird astrologer—is equal parts mezcal-sipping mystic and hospitality powerhouse. Her go-to? A Last Word with mezcal (obviously).

Licensed master cosmetologist, former Hawaii local (4.5 years 🌺), world traveler (4 countries last year??), and currently booked & busy planning a Feb 2027 wedding 💍—so yes… you missed your chance.

When she’s not crafting cocktails or reading your chart, you can find her on the yoga mat, deep in a good book, strolling with her fiancé, or brunching on a patio somewhere cute.

Witchy, well-traveled, and effortlessly stylish—Jamie keeps the energy right behind the bar 🔥

Meet the energy behind your favorite nights at Whiskeybird—✨ Maya Bramletta ✨

Our FOH Service Manager, resident social butterfly (seriously… she’s never met a stranger), and the glue that keeps the good vibes flowing from the door to the last sip 🥂

Straight outta Jersey, Maya is the second set of twins in her family (yes, she has a twin brother—and yes, she’s technically the youngest by 3 minutes, we don’t let her forget it). She’s one of five, which explains how she mastered chaos, charm, and conversation all at once.

When she’s not running the floor like a pro, you can find her:
🥘 Dreaming about paella (her forever favorite)
🥋 Training in Brazilian jiu jitsu
🥾 Hiking or tucked away writing something creative
🎨 Studying interior decorating (future design queen loading…)

Her vibe? A little Hungarian, a little French Creole, a lot of personality.

Behind every great kitchen is a chef who makes the magic happen — and we’re lucky ours is Victoria Petrocelli. 👩‍🍳✨

In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating the powerhouse women behind Whiskeybird, including our incredible head chef (and the rest of our all-female management team… minus Anthony, who we keep around for moral support).

A few fun facts about Chef Victoria:
• Joined the Whiskeybird crew this past October
• Has been a chef for 11 years
• Not just a chef — also a talented baker
• Favorite food: fried chicken (same, honestly)
• A proud romantasy book lover 📚
• Passionate Heated Rivalry fan
• Dog mom to three pups 🐶
• Favorite title outside the kitchen: auntie to 2 nephews and 1 niece

🥒 Golden Glow (Mocktail) – Amethyst Lemon Cucumber Serrano non-alcoholic spirit, fresh lemon, and Thai basil for a bright, herbaceous sip.

🥃 Legacy Old Fashioned – Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey with aromatic and orange bitters. Smooth, bold, and timeless.

🌺 Desert Flower (Mocktail) – Amethyst Grapefruit Basil non-alcoholic spirit with grapefruit, hibiscus, and simple for a refreshing floral twist.

🧪 The Alchemist – Bluecoat Gin, lemon, Cocchi Americano, Thai basil, and a touch of absinthe for something complex and a little mysterious.
