We are looking for an experienced full-service restaurant general manager with great ideas that can help us grow together as we expand our concept into new, exciting store formats.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities to hire, motivate, train and retain a staff of approximately 35 to ensure that we maintain the highest quality guest experience including service, cleanliness and food quality.
• Use proven methods to find ways to be more innovative and exciting to guests, while leveraging and evaluating employee and guest feedback to improve, evolve and grow customer preference for Big Chow Grill in the marketplace.
• Oversee all marketing and online social media presence including the website, Facebook, Instagram and other proven marketing techniques.
• Oversee the ordering of all food, beverages, alcohol, equipment, and supplies.
• Manage the review and payment of most operating invoices.
• Manage and deposit cash receipts.
• Oversee all online and to go ordering.
• Ensure the restaurant follows any and all federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations that apply to the business.

Qualifications:

• Four or more years of restaurant management experience, with examples of proven performance and at least two (2) references.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with online delivery and reservation vendors (ex. Open Table, Door Dash/Grub Hub etc.)
• Experience with operating a POS system (Aloha is a plus)
• ServSafe certified
• Ability to receive a liquor license
• Familiarity with basic Microsoft Suite, including WORD and EXCEL
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and purchasing
• Spanish as an additional language is a plus
