It was a beautiful evening yesterday as Chef Olivier Reedholm brought a taste of Ecco Buckhead to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. 🌿

For their September feature of their Fresh Plate Series, guests gathered to watch, sip, and learn as he crafted a four-part small plate menu: Tuna Tartare, Grilled Summer Squash, Grilled Lamb Sirloin, and a rich Pot de Crème. Every bite was a lesson in flavor, every pour a reminder that great food—and good wine—are meant to be shared. 🍷
