We’ve been creating events since long before “creating an experience” became the goal.

And while the trends, menus and parties have changed over the years, our approach hasn’t: take care of people, pay attention to the details and make it a gathering worth remembering!

Some things never go out of style.
That’s Why Epting. Ready to talk about your next event? We can't wait to meet you.

What if you could experience history instead of just hearing about it?

Join us November 6–7 for Hands ON History Symposium 2026, a two-day experience in Athens dedicated to the people, craftsmanship and stories behind historic preservation.

Two days. Historic Athens. And a chance to experience preservation in a way you won’t get from a textbook!

Tickets are available now. Reserve your spot for Hands ON History Symposium 2026 through the link in our bio.

“We want it to feel like us.”

We want that too!

Some clients come to us knowing exactly what they want. Others know they want their grandmother’s recipe somewhere on the menu and have absolutely no idea what color the linens should be.

Both are a perfectly good place to start.

Our job is to listen long enough to figure out the details that actually matter to you, and then make the whole thing feel like it couldn’t have belonged to anyone else 🕊💍

Tell us what you know. We’ll figure out the rest!

The vision: Western Winter 🤠❄️

And this one was so much fun to bring to life!

From the warm western details to the winter touches throughout the day, every part came together to create a wedding that felt personal, thoughtful, and completely true to the couple.

We love when a couple gives us a vision and lets us have a little fun with it. Assignment: understood.

Planning something special? We’d love to bring your ideas to life.

There’s a very specific moment at an event when the host realizes they’re either going to enjoy it or manage it.

You should be talking to your guests, eating the food you spent months choosing and actually being in the photos 📸

We’ll worry about what’s happening behind them.

That’s kind of the whole point!

Planning something? Start with the vision. Epting can handle the rest!

There’s something special about being in a room full of people who care deeply about their craft.

The Hands On Symposium brings together incredible talent, fresh ideas, and plenty of inspiration, and we’re thrilled to be part of it.

Good food, great people, and a whole lot of creativity. That’s our kind of event.

Southern hospitality, with a Big Sky backdrop 🌄

We traded GA views for MT mountains and headed west for the Big Sky Food & W**e festival 🍷

Here’s a little look at the planning & setup before the guests arrive and the festivities begin. The planning process can be extensive, but it’s all worth it to see the event come to life in the end!

Where should we take Epting next? 👇

We’ve been doing this for 50+ years and still get excited when it all comes together 📸

The finished tables, the food before anyone gets to it, the little details someone spent months thinking about, and the room right before the doors open!

Planning an event we should add to the camera roll? Let’s connect!

Fifty years of events means we’ve seen a lot change.

We’ve seen trends come, go, and occasionally come back again. We’ve watched weddings become more personal, parties get more creative, and the way people celebrate evolve with every generation.

But somewhere along the way, we realized the best events still come down to the same thing: people gathering together and feeling genuinely taken care of 🤍

That’s been at the heart of Epting from the beginning, and 50 years later, it still is!

Planning something worth gathering for? We’d love to be part of it.

The best hospitality is usually the kind you barely notice ✨

Someone thought about where you’d sit,
when you would eat, and what would make you comfortable.

That’s the difference between putting on an event and taking care of people.

And we happen to care a lot about the second one.
