I'm not sure how it is possible that I am sharing this, but it is time for our Final Friday- June "Celebrate Downtown!" Regardless of how you feel about the year being half over (!!), we should celebrate!! It is also the Friday before the Friday before the 4th of July, where we will be celebrating America's 250th birthday, beginning downtown with our America's 250th Birthday Bash Parade!, bringing you back downtown for the Freedom Park and Monument Dedication at 2:00 in the Pumphouse District, then culminating in America's Birthday Party and Best. Fireworks. Ever, starting at 5:30 at Freer Field.

With all that being said, we should start partying and celebrating downtown this Friday! There will be a DORA, our stores will be open late, and we will have the next drawing for our Final Friday shopping winner! Plan to spend the last Friday in June with us, basking in the glory that is downtown Ashland!

We have extended hours for this Saturday, June 20th! We'll be open at 11:00 AM and stay open till 10:00 PM. Drop in before, during, or after the Ashland Ale Fest!

You have questions- we have answers! Our 6th Annual Ashland Ale Fest is happening TOMORROW (squee!) Here are the questions we are getting asked, and the answers:

1. Can I bring my child/my baby/my 20 year old DD to Ale Fest?
Nope. People 21 and over ONLY are allowed within our event.

2. How do I get tickets?
Tickets are available here: www.ashlandmainstreet.org/event-details/ashland-ale-fest-1, and I would get over there now. This event has sold out every year for the last three years, and it is getting close to doing so again.

3. What do the tickets cost, and what do you get for them?
Shine-y VIP ($80): This ticket allows you to enter the Ashland Ale Fest at 3 p.m., an hour before everyone else, 5 extra drink tickets (for a total of 20), the commemorative Ashland Ale Fest tasting glass to proudly display on your mantle, a food truck voucher to help you get through all 20 beers, and entry into our exclusive tasting room (ooh!), to sample a flight of four moonshines from our friends at Ohio Shine Co.
VIP ($65): You get everything listed above, but no moonshine (wah wah).
Shine-y General Admission ($65): This ticket gets you entry to Ale Fest at 4, the commemorative Ashland Ale Fest tasting glass to proudly display on your mantle, 15 beer tickets, which is still plenty of opportunity to explore our amazing local craft brews, and entry into our exclusive tasting room (ooh!), to sample a flight of four moonshines from our friends at Ohio Shine Co.
General Admission ($50): Just like the Shine-y admission, but with no moonshine.
DD ($15): You get a food voucher, all the non-alcoholic drinks you can drink for free, and most importantly, the knowledge that you are ensuring that your friends and family who enjoy craft beer get home safely.

4. If my friends got VIP tickets and I got General Admission tickets, can I come early with them?
Absolutely. It will cost you $15 to upgrade. You can do that at the door.

5. Is this a DORA Day?
Nope. Beers stay in their respective home bars.

6. What else ya got?
We have ci**rs, we have live music, we have pretzel necklaces, and we have food trucks, in addition to the aforementioned yummy local beer. In addition, we have the knowledge that your ticket is doing more than helping you have the best afternoon EVER; you are also supporting the growth of our downtown!

We wanted to take a moment to reintroduce a longtime Uniontown Brewing favorite: our Studebaker Blonde Stout!

Blonde stouts may pour with a light golden color, but they still deliver the rich, roasty character and robust flavor you'd expect from a traditional stout. Our Studebaker Blonde is brewed with coffee beans from local roaster Goldberry Roasting Company and served on nitro for an exceptionally smooth, creamy mouthfeel.

This beer has been a guest favorite for years, and for good reason. If you haven't tried it yet, or it's been a while since your last pint, we'd love to have you stop in and enjoy one soon! 🍺
