Yeah, rebuilding Corner Kitchen was special, but what made it even more special was having more than 70% of our staff return after the 10.5-month rebuild.

Our team is a huge part of what makes Corner Kitchen what it is, and having guests come back after living through a nightmare and see that their favorite server was still there and have that sense of normalcy was pretty special

It doesn’t get much better than lifelong friends and shrimp & grits 🤭
