Biltmore Village has come a LONG way since Helene hit in September 2024, but it’s still not back to the village it was.

About 50% of the buildings are still unoccupied. We miss the days of seeing the shops around us filled with people and unique items, and having guests stumble upon Corner Kitchen after shopping next door.

While businesses are still popping up around us (filling us with hope and excitement) it’s a very slow process, and we look forward to the day new businesses fill every village building.

On the bright side...parking is a breeze right now😏
