We always do our best to provide great drinks and good service to every customer. We’re always open to feedback, whether it’s good or bad, and we use it to improve.

However, we feel this particular review was unfair to our team. We’ve had similar situations with this customer more than 10 times, including changing orders after the drink was already made, asking for extra toppings without an additional charge, requesting drinks that aren’t on our menu, or asking for no ice after the drink was finished and still expecting the larger size without an extra charge.

We’ve always tried our best to make things work, but unfortunately, we feel that we’re unable to meet her expectations. After this most recent situation, we’ve decided that it’s best for both sides that we no longer provide service to her.

We never wanted things to reach this point, but we also want to make sure our team and other customers have a positive experience. We truly appreciate everyone who supports us and understands our side. ❤️

Today is my partner birthday! 🎉🎂 And to celebrate, we’ll be donating animal food to the shelter this coming Wednesday. 🐾❤️

We’re also super excited to share some BIG news with you all! 🎉 Our second location is coming soon and will hopefully be ready to open next month! 🥳

Before we officially open, we’ll spend a few days testing the system and doing some food tasting to make sure everything is ready and just right for you. 😋✨

Our second location will be called CHA THAI! 🧋🍰 We’ll still have the boba tea and cakes you love, and we’ll also be adding some delicious Thai street food to the menu. 🇹🇭❤️

We’ll share the new location details with you as soon as everything is completed and ready to go.

We can’t wait to see you at CHA THAI soon! 🥰

We had such a wonderful time celebrating our amazing member’s farewell at The Cheesecake Factory! 🎂✨ We’re so grateful for all the effort, support, and help she has given us over the past two years. She has truly been such a valuable part of our group, and we’ll definitely miss having her around!

Wishing her all the best as she starts this exciting new journey in a different state. We’re so proud of you and can’t wait to see all the amazing things ahead! 💫❤️
