Oyster Po Boy
Pan fried Willapa Bay oysters in a toasted Amoroso roll with tartar sauce, shredded lettuce, red onion and tomato. Served with our fried Jo-Jo potatoes.

Señor Muffin
A toasted English muffin with mayo, our house griddled chorizo patty, a fried hash brown patty, over medium egg, green chiles, cheddar cheese and habanero pickled jalapeños. Served with Tajin spiced apple and red grapes.

Grilled chicken breast topped with a melty mixture of brick and cottage cheeses with prosciutto in a toasted ciabatta roll dressed with Kewpie mayo, diced cucumber, red onion, roasted garlic, sliced tomato and mixed greens tossed with balsamic vinaigrette. Served with our Fried Jo-Jo russet potatoes.

Blackened prawns over tonarrelli pasta, from our friends at Forchetta Pasta in Bellingham, all tossed in a roasted red pepper and sherry cream fortified with Mama Lil’s Peppers, fresh basil and tomatoes. Served with a salad of local spicy greens tossed in a strawberry vinaigrette with Gorgonzola, cucumber and chive.
