This is hard to write. 🤍
After a lot of searching, hoping, brainstorming, and trying to find a way forward, we’ve made the difficult decision to close The Dot. Our last day will be this Sunday, September 27.
Our lease is ending, and that wasn’t something we planned for. We’ve
spent the past several months looking for a new home, and unfortunately the right space, and the right path forward, hasn’t fallen into place.
It’s incredibly hard to say goodbye to this little place we created.
The Dot has always been about so much more than food and coffee. We wanted it to be a cozy place where everyone felt welcome.
And you made it that.
Thank you to every person who walked through our doors, ordered a favorite meal, grabbed a coffee or tea, made a craft, brought in a friend, told someone about us, celebrated with us, or simply chose to spend part of your day here.
Thank you to our amazing team for putting so much of yourselves into
this place. And thank you to this community for embracing our quirky,
nostalgic little dot in the world.
We’re sad to see this chapter end, but so grateful that we got to have it at all.
We’d love to see you one more time before we close the doors. Come eat
your favorite thing, grab a beverage, make a craft, say hello, or say goodbye. We’re open normal business hours this week: Wed-Sun 8am-2pm.
Our final day is Sunday, September 27.
We’re not ready to say never. If a new space finds us, you’ll be the first to know.
