A HEARTFELT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM ALDACO’S TACOS ❤️🌮🥺
Dear friends, family, and our valued customers,
It is with a heavy heart that we share some news with you. Effective immediately, we will be temporarily discontinuing our Saturday buffet until further notice.
Recently, we were made aware of a concern that had been reported to the health department regarding our buffet setup. Through this process, we learned that additional requirements, including sneeze guards, are necessary for our buffet. We were unaware that these were required, as we had been keeping our food covered with commercial food covers. Nevertheless, we understand the importance of meeting all health and safety guidelines, and we are fully committed to complying with every requirement.
Unfortunately, the sneeze guards must be specially ordered along with the commercial warmers and the cost is a significant expense for our small business. We anticipate that it may take a couple of months for them to arrive. While this is an unexpected setback, we remain hopeful that with time, hard work, and your continued support, we will be able to make the necessary investment and bring our beloved buffet back.
To everyone who looked forward to our Saturday buffets, we sincerely apologize. We know how much many of you enjoyed gathering with family and friends over a good meal, and this was not an easy decision for us to make.

We are sharing this news with you because we believe in being open and honest with the people who have supported us throughout this journey.
For now, Aldaco’s Tacos will remain open during our regular business hours, which will be posted below. We look forward to continuing to serve you with the same love, dedication, and flavors you have come to know and love.
Our buffet became something truly special because of YOU. Seeing families gather, customers return, and our community show us so much love has been one of the greatest blessings of this journey. We are incredibly grateful, and we hope this is only a temporary goodbye.
