Mornin my friends, as many of you know, I have been building a commercial smokehouse to supply foods to grocery stores , it is with sad heart that I have to close my food truck for a couple of months or until I can find a responsible person to run it for me . But in order to grow I have to put all my attention to my smokehouse, I have been very humbled by all the support you guys have given me over the years. You will see me again, but it might very well be in a brick and morter as well as the Food truck. God bless and have a wonderful 4th of July weekend!

I am the only place in north Texas panhandle that you can get a Authentic Cajun Boudin burrito.! I make my own Boudin sausage, then pepper jack cheese, a nice helping of Southern Hashbrowns, soft fluffy eggs toped off with homemade cajun Remoulade sauce , Aweeeee! Come get you some ! I 40 and Eastern in the Thermo King parking lot 8AM till 2pm Tuesday thru Friday!

I need good reliable help to run my food truck , I am to busy and have to many irons in the fire. If you know someone send them to me, if you are someone come talk to me . Good hygiene , and a strong work ethic is a must all else can be delt with. Pay depends on you. If you stand around on the phone ,you won't be working for me. Making my customers happy and coming back is what will get you paid good !
