It just butters our biscuits how much love y’all show us. Wooo! 🥳 We been so busy we keep having to make everything fresh over and over again Mais la! DAS real good problems to have! We sat down to eat dinner last night and teared up as we so often do! The food was 2 good and the love felt from y’all was overflowing!!

GOOD MORNING! ☀️❤️ Happy Tuesday to ya! This here what we call a SUPPER, baby! Today’s Farm 2 Table Special is one of Chef Troy’s childhood favorites!

Brown Spaghetti! $13 served with corn maque choux and blueberry muffin!

Made with farm fresh chicken thighs from Paradise Hollow Farm, smoked Savoie's pork sausage, spaghetti noodles, and a rich savory brown gravy that smothers every bite.

Da crazy thing is, when Troy first made this for me over a decade ago, I thought he was joking.

“Brown spaghetti?” Baby be serious lol. I had never heard of such a thing.

He told me it was something his mom made when he was growing up! One bite later, I understood why it had been a family favorite for so many years.

While digging through my newest church cookbook from Louisiana, I even found a version of Brown Spaghetti submitted by our church family from Baton Rouge. It made me smile 😊

Today we are proud to serve our brown spaghetti with chicken raised locally by Paradise Hollow Farm! I’m telling yall these chickens knew their mommas and probably had a therapist. You can taste the emotional regulation!!

If brown spaghetti isn’t your thing that’s A okay. Our full Cajun menu is always available and rolling all day long!

Tuesday June 16 we are serving Chef Troy’s Brown Spaghetti made with farm fresh chicken thighs from Paradise Hollow Farm! The first of our Farm 2 Table specials this week! 🧑🏻‍🌾👨🏻‍🌾👩🏻‍🍳👨🏽‍🍳

I know you’re thinking brown spaghetti? What’s that? I had never had it either! It is one of the first dishes Troy ever made for me when we started dating over a decade ago. When he said brown spaghetti I’ll admit I was puzzled but he said his mom used to make it for him so I was willing to try. One bite was all it took. It is pure comfort food.

Tender chicken thighs, smoked pork sausage, spaghetti noodles, and the holy trinity (onion, bell pepper, garlic) all simmered in a rich, savory brown gravy that smothers every noodle. It will be served with side Corn Maque Choux and Blueberry muffin🥹❤️

If the blueberry muffins sound a little funny just know Troy’s mom has always served sweet muffins alongside savory meals. It is a tradition Chef Troy still loves carrying on with our little family and now we get to share it with yours. We really think y’all are going to love this one. ❤️
