We are trying out a new system. We understand there's always been a little confusion about where to stand. When we do get a line formed, sometimes it gets a little long, and we have call-in orders waiting in that line. So our new system is: if you're coming up to place an order, follow the order line here. If you have a call-in, please step into the call-in line. We will ask for your name, put your ticket in line, and get you out as fast as we can. We've had the system since Monday, and so far it's working. If it continues to work, we will keep it! We're just trying to get you all in and out as fast as possible. ♥️

Let's talk about call-in orders.
Please, please, please make sure when placing a call, you are paying attention to the time we quote you. We always make sure to ask if that time works; if not, we can do a better time that works for you. Once you place the order and confirm the quoted time, we begin working on it. Once it's bagged, we do not have a place to keep it warm, so we are counting on you to pick it up at that quoted time, essentially, as soon as we've bagged it. We are having issues with customers placing orders and not arriving at those quoted times. If we follow this approach, it ensures you have the best food and experience with us
