👀 Sneak peak on some of our starters for dinner 👀 Cheesy spinach and artichoke dip with garlic baked pita chips (made in house of course) and cheesy fresh Mac and cheese balls with vodka sauce… also all made and crafted in house.

Shane and team have been working hard to bring the town fresh, made in house and from scratch menu items that we can’t wait to share with you all.

This week marks the 1-year anniversary of the Collegiate reopening under Alfred State as a restaurant and learning lab! This a landmark restaurant has been part of the Alfred community for over one hundred years, and we've been so grateful to continue the legacy. Make sure to stop in and celebrate with us this week!
