Peruvian Brothers Two brothers, Giuseppe & Mario Lanzone, promoting Peruvian cuisine & culture in the USA 🇵🇪👨🏻‍🍳👨🏻‍🍳🇺🇸 At the core, Peruvian Brothers is about passion.

They are passionate about the food they grew up eating and where they are from. When developing Peruvian Brothers, Giuseppe and Mario were inspired to give the community more than just delicious Peruvian food. They want every customer to experience their unique heritage. As a two-time Olympic athlete in competitive rowing for Team USA, Giuseppe Lanzone is the driving force on the business side to

match his brother’s prowess in the kitchen. The brothers were born and raised off the coast of Lima, Perú, in a close-knit community of “La Punta” where family and the ocean reigned. The only time they didn’t spend in the ocean was spent feasting on fresh fruits, vegetables and meats prepared by loving hands. After nine years of operation, Peruvian Brothers has expanded from one award-winning food truck to three food trucks and concession stands at stadiums, theaters, zoos and farmers markets. They provide large scale catering services across DC, Maryland & Virginia. In February of 2020, Peruvian Brothers opened a brick-and-mortar restaurant open 7 days a week inside the La Cosecha Latin Market in Union Market District in Washington, DC. Thanks to the Lanzone brothers, Peruvian dishes have been enjoyed at the White House, State Department, Capitol Hill, the Pentagon, military bases, hospitals, universities, countless corporate lunches, summits, galas, weddings, festivals, concerts and more.

Peruvian Brothers North Capitol, our third and largest Peruvian Brothers yet, opens Monday, April 20, just steps from the U.S. Capitol.

This new 3,000 sq. ft. space features:
✨ 55 seats for dining in
🎨 A stunning mural by local artist JAHRU inspired by Elio Rouillon of La Punta, Callao, Lima, Peru
🍹 A full bar with their cult-favorite Pisco Sour Slushies

Opening day will include a full celebration of Peruvian culture, plus free Rocoto Hot Sauce for the first 100 guests.

From food truck beginnings to their biggest restaurant yet, this is more than an opening, it’s a milestone. Thanks for the love!

13 years ago, Peruvian Brothers started with a simple dream: to share a taste of home, culture, and community with every plate served. Today, we’re beyond grateful to celebrate this milestone with all of you who have supported us along the way.

From our first customers at our food truck to our loyal regulars visiting our restaurants, from our team to our family, thank you for being part of this journey. Your love for our food and culture is what keeps us going every single day.
