This week at Koffee Junktion we are celebrating our very own special KJ Employee, Rayla Parkinson's birthday!! For her birthday week celebration Rayla created, named & photographed her very own NEW Latte/Iced Coffee as well as her very own Monster/Lotus Energy Drink or Sprite/Lemonade Non-Energy Drink. Happy Late Thursday Night!!

Hope all of you are enjoying our Mercer County High School 2026 Homecoming Week. What a FUN week it has been (and we're not done yet)!! Tonight we enjoyed being a part of the Viva Las Vegas Homecoming Parade. A special THANK YOU to Bre Smith for being our personal golf cart Chauffeur to the parade (we need to have golf cart karaoke soon 💜🌻)!! THANK YOU to my KJ girls (Sidney, Malaynie, Rayla & Lexie) who were able to join us tonight in the parade (we missed you Kayla, Natalie & Makayla)!! THANK YOU to our special KJ upcoming Barista, Maci, for wanting to join us in the parade & for being the perfect co-pilot to our Driver, Chris. To the students in Mrs. Daves class THANK YOU so very much for drawing such masterpieces on each of my coffee sleeves. You did an AMAZING job!! I'm so proud of YOU!! Happy Labor Day Monday.

This week we join others as we recognize National Su***de Prevention Month. This week we stand with so many to say, "YOU are NEVER ALONE & WE are HERE ALWAYS for YOU".

This week is very special to me & my staff as we share a very personal Mom's story in her words & remember her Son. This Mom is a dear friend of mine & my KJ girls. We are forever honored she did this with us & this was done for her. Her name is Mindy Seefeld & her Son is Nathan Seefeld.

Our NEW Latte/Iced Coffee was done all for Mindy! We put together her favorite flavors & she named it.

Here in her own words is Mindy remembering her son, Nathan. "There are no words big enough to describe the loss of my Son, Nathan. He was a one of a kind son who filled our lives w/ laughter, excitement & memories that we will carry forever.
He loved riding & racing dirt bikes to which HOLE SHOT is named. He had a need for speed that was simply a part of who he was. If it had a motor, he was always wanting to see how fast it would go. His love of going fast was only 1 part of what made him special!!
He was the life of the party! And funny?! He could make you laugh when you least expected it. His personality lite up every room & his presence was impossible to ignore. HE LOVED LIVING HIS WAY!
His laugh, his jokes, his STORIES, all the moments we shared are pieces that will forever live on in our hearts. We wish we could of had more time with him. More rides, more races, more laughs, more crazy adventures & more ordinary days w/ him.
BUT we will choose to remember THE LIFE HE LIVED...NOT SIMPLY THE WAY IT ENDED. He was our son. He was loved beyond measure. HE IS UNFORGETTABLE"!!

Thank you, Mindy. We love YOU, we THANK YOU for trusting us to honor Nathan & know we're always here for YOU. 💙❤️

This is just a reminder that Koffee Junktion is CLOSED tomorrow, Monday September 7th, for Labor Day. We will be back open at 6am in Tuesday, September 8th, & can't wait to see all of YOU then!!!
