This Saturday June 20th I will be uptown in Central Park around 5:30 for Grooves night. I will have my regular menu plus I will also have 13 Potatoes for loaded potatoes on the truck. So i hope to see you all then.

Happy Monday everyone i hope you had a great Rhubarb fest weekend . Im all setup in Market Plaza aka Central Park 11-1 today. This week is going to be a short week Wyatt is starting his senior year of summer basketball and im not missing any of it. I will be up town Monday and Tuesday and hopefully Friday we will see about that one. Thank you for understanding.

What a great day for Spanky's Meat Wagon! We were proud to serve lunch to the Mercer County Basketball team after a long, hard week of basketball camp. These young athletes put in the work, showed dedication, and gave it their all on the court all week long.

A big thank you to the players, coaches, and families for letting us be a small part of your day. We hope everyone enjoyed the meal as much as we enjoyed serving it. Keep working hard and making Mercer County proud!

Happy Monday everyone i hope you had a great weekend. I'm all setup and ready to go for the day in Market Plaza aka Central Park 11-1 today. So with Rhubarb fest coming i will be up town Monday, Tuesday and setup at the Hospital on Wednesday. Then on Thursday im heading to Joy and setup to serve the Mercer county Basketball team after a long hard week of Basketball camp Friday i will be off for Rhubarb fest. Hope to see you soon.

I will be at the High school tomorrow serving the teachers on the teachers last day of school and then Friday I will be down at the Hospital serving there. Hope to see you soon.
