We have tried for years to figure out a way to carry sodas but due to the layout of our building and its advanced age it just wasn’t possible. It finally occurred to us that while we can’t offer all the soda and energy drink options we can offer the additions! Introducing Signature Sips. Check out the flyer for more information. Where to even begin to summarize and reflect on 10 years in business. Sometimes we think we have seen it all, but also realize in small business you have never seen everything. We have spent the last 10 years passionately creating and fine-tuning a business that we can proudly say today is exactly what we wanted it to be when we began this journey. Sometimes I think people get sick of us sharing our mission, but truly our mission was to create a gathering place in our small town. We don’t chase ideas and products that don’t align with our initial mission. We knew we needed a variety of offerings yet staying true to the products that we started with. Our menu doesn’t look much different from the day we opened yet we have stayed up with the trends and have added a few new products or add-ons that have kept us relevant in the coffee, bakery, and ice cream world. We have come to realize what truly gives us that spark and enjoyment out of our business is when we personally get to witness people coming and going and enjoying all the little parts that our business has to offer. We have never been about building bigger and better, just being consistent and being exactly what our community needs. Sometimes we wonder what is the future of our business but a couple years ago we were hit with the reality that we honestly don’t know the future of our business. We believe from the beginning that God opened many doors for us to create and sustain this business and we know, that ultimately it’s in his hands. We will continue to be the stewards of it as long as we are called to be that. Every year is a chapter in our story and we are loving where this story is going. Happy 10 years to the coffee house.
