That’s a wrap! 🥹

Our last pizza made was to Gracie, our very first employee!!! Gracie actually started out by working with us out of our home. Tonight she ordered a Bailey’s special and ate it as our last dine in customer. Our first customer ever, was also our last!

Thank you to every single person that sent a message, came in, ordered food, and everyone that was just so kind to us. 4 years of serving the community has been a blessing.

We know it started rocky and was for a while but for those that tried again and gave us another chance, we are eternally grateful. Thank YOU for letting us feed YOU 🤗

Greathouse grazing acres is an amazing business here in Albion. Locally owned, operated and farmed! This incredible family does it all and so much more. If you haven’t been there, go! If you have keep going. They have fresh produce, bread, homemade items & canning, their own meat products and truly so much more!

Supporting families like these that pour back into our community is so vital to small towns!

Michaela has been an integral part of our business these past few years as partners, as mothers & as a support system to each others businesses. If you’ve asked her where to eat, she says “Baileys” and I can never ever repay the gratitude I have for that unwavering support.

Allee, our longest employee…. One who has been here since we opened, underwent every single change, tear, dime & triumph. Our biggest support system this past year. I truly owe Allee more than I could ever express. We used to have a running joke that I couldn’t do anything in the kitchen without making a mess. While this is still true, I now make less messes because each time I did Allee would give me a death glare.

Watching her grow in her own life and also has a manager has been the most rewarding experience. She is a beacon of light with the hardest work ethic. We have doubt in our mind that this girl will do amazing things, truly anything she sets her mind to!

My gratitude is endless when it comes to Allee, if you’ve loved restaurant, know a big part of that love back is because she’s been supporting us too 💕

These two baddies have their last shift with us tonight! They are newer to our team but have had just as large of an impact as all the rest of our staff!

Kaitlyn has been part time in the evenings and weekends, she has brought hard work, dedication and team work to our team. Really elevating our team work ethic by demonstration. She has been an asset to our business and family. She’s a little quick so you may not have seen or spoken to her as much, but let me tell you she is incredible and has such a bright future!!!

Clive was our most recent hire and would turn out to be our last hire 💕 he has brought laughter, perseverance and authenticity. As his first job he has taken on every task with humility and hard work. His timely manner has also shown great respect in our business and is someone everyone enjoys to work with! We are thrilled to see what Clive does and hopes it brings him happiness!!

Thank you both for being apart of our team, working your hardest and being such reliable assets to our team! We will miss you both!!

The bistro building has more than just the restaurant, as some know we are a restaurant on the first level and an Airbnb on the top (a full apartment for short term rental like a hotel suite)!

This requires a lot of maintenance & up keep! Although you may not see this man on the daily, I assure you that these businesses would crumble without him. From the day we turned our key until the day we hand them over, Kenyon will be brick that holds this place together.

What started as a partnership and changed into a different type of partnership he has been beyond important for our business and family. He’s spent not only time here but with our staff at their events, working on their vehicles during their shifts and being a brutally honest “dad” with them all.

A true pillar of a man who would do anything for his family, has made sure my dream of this place lasted as long as possible 💕 I am forever grateful for my wonderful husband, Kenyon. Only Bitter to say goodbye but beyond sweet as I know this next chapter focuses us on both of us 💕

Kyndal’s last shift is at lunch today!

She has been with us for roughly 2 years, bringing so much rizz, laughter and encouragement into our lives. A lot of the TikTok’s we have posted was a creation from her! An original bistro baddie, she will always have a special place in our hearts!

Thank you for being apart of our business and family, we cannot wait to support you in your journey!
