From rising rental costs, manpower shortages, and changing customer habits the journey is never easy for small businesses like ours. Yet, behind every challenge lies an opportunity to innovate, adapt, and keep serving our community with heart.

At Pham Quyen and Lerrmak, our hope is simple: to continue building a space where families and friends can gather over good food, and to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs to hold on to their passion despite the hurdles.

🚫 Our Pasir Panjang outlet will be CLOSED TODAY — not because we’re slacking, but because we’re migrating NORTH (just for a day) to serve all you awesome Woodlands peeps!

Just a heads up — our Lerrmak outlet at 440 Pasir Panjang Rd will be closed from 20th to 22nd June 2025!

Why? Because the Pham Quyen crew is heading to Bedok to say one final, tearful (but tasty) goodbye to our fans there 🥹💚

In the meantime, you can still get your fix at our Simpang Bedok outlet — same love, same flavour, same PQ magic! ✨
