Where do we even begin… 🥹
Running a small neighbourhood bakery means we get to know our community by heart. We noticed what gets picked up first, what keeps coming back, what gets quietly overlooked and over time we begin to know what our community loves (and the ones that dont quite make the cut)
Whenever we release a new item over the counter, there’s always a mix of nervousness and excitement behind it.
Our Miso Garlic Butter Shio Pan made its first appearance on Saturday.
The next day, one of our regulars came back again and ordered a box of four 🥹
It may seem like a tiny gesture, but to a small bakery like ours, these little things mean so much.
It tells us that something we made, something we were quietly hoping you’d love, has found its way into your favourites.
And honestly, that’s one of the most rewarding part in doing what we love.
