Din 1996, am pus un mare accent pe bucătăria tradițională. Întotdeauna am încercat să le oferim oaspeților noștri cele mai delicioase preparate din gastronomia secuiască, folosind cele mai proaspete și mai bune ingrediente locale. Az idők során igyekeztünk, hogy vendégeink számára, mindig a legfrissebb és legfinomabb helyi alapanyagok felhasználásával, bemutassuk a székely gasztronómia ínycsiklandozó fogásait. Nem használunk izjavitókat és fokozókat, csak fűszereket, fűszerkeverékeket. Egyeseket mi magunk állitunk össze. Éppen ezért ételeink nem csak finomak, de egészségesek is.
