A tale of fire & ice.

The new autumn menu at JORJ moves between the Josper and the cold kitchen: steaks carved at the table, a classic tartare, octopus cooked slowly, sea bass gravlax finished by hand.

Un nou episod , o nouă incursiune în bucătăria JORJ. 🍂

De data aceasta, Michael Passarelli, Octavian și Bogdan ne dezvăluie secretele unuia dintre preparatele signature din noul meniu de toamnă: file de ton marinat, cu vinegretă de jalapeño și gazpacho de caise.

Un preparat în care prospețimea, notele ușor picante și dulceața caiselor se întâlnesc într-un echilibru aparte.

Intrăm în bucătărie, descoperim povestea din spatele farfuriei și lăsăm gusturile să vorbească de la sine. 🍽️
