🍌🐒 Lazy Monkey doesn’t follow recipes. He follows bananas. He found Vantastic Food Truck

And somewhere along the way, he decided a burger needed one too.

Black beans. Peppers. Onion. A little Jamaican heat…
and a sweet Madeira banana bringing everything together.

Unexpected? Definitely.
Crazy? Maybe.
Worth trying? Absolutely.

Lazy Monkey’s rule:
If it grows on the island, it might belong in the burger.

Stay hungry. The monkey is still exploring. 🍌

🍌 A banana is never just a banana.

Somewhere in Madeira, Lazy Monkey discovered that the island’s favourite fruit could do much more than he imagined.

Sweet. Spicy. Caramelised. Creamy. Crispy.
Sometimes the star. Sometimes the secret ingredient.

And once he started following the bananas… there was no turning back.

This is just one little taste of the adventure.

Sunrise above the clouds.

Just you, the silence, and a reminder — you’ve come further than you think.

Some mornings don’t just start the day… they reset who you are.

Stay grounded. Stay hungry. And don’t forget what you’re capable of.
