With this heavy rain I’ve decided that I won’t be going anywhere tomorrow, so I’ve opened up the calendar for private sauna bookings.

Our sauna is a traditional hot stone sauna, wonderfully warm and toasty. Warm is an understatement though. It gets hot, really hot. It’ll be lovely to cool off in the rain in between rounds. 😅

Our Milk Options

My personal favourite is our organic, unhomogenised A2 milk from Durham Farms.

Second place has to be our coconut milk, which we make with Ceres Organics Coconut Cream. I like that it’s 100% pure coconut. No emulsifiers or stabilisers or sweeteners.

Third place, Madame Tiger’s Tigernut Milk. It froths beautifully and has a nice clean flavour. We love that it doesn’t have any seed oil.

Lastly but not leastly, a classic and customer favourite, Boring Oat Milk, which paired with Kokako Coffee or Matcha Matcha matcha is not boring at all.

Luna and I came in early this morning to watch a conversation with Veda Austin and Joe Dispenza on Dr.Joe Live … with a delightful cappuccino.

They both do such important work and I am incredibly grateful for the impact they have had on life. 🥰

Thank you to Kokako for their coffee and Durham Farms for their milk, so we can serve delicious, 100% organic coffee. It’s a vital part of my morning, adding joy and pleasure to the start of each day.
