🇫🇷 Weekend Special at Tartines 🇫🇷

This weekend, we’re bringing a taste of the French Basque Country to Eastbourne with our delicious Poulet Basquaise.

Tender chicken thigh slowly simmered in a rich sauce of tomatoes, capsicum, garlic and herbs, served with fluffy rice.

And for the ultimate French experience? Pair it with a glass of our carefully selected French Pinot Noir. The silky red fruit notes and gentle spice complement the flavours of the dish beautifully.

The piece we’re sharing today was created this weekend, inspired by our Pomme gâteau 🍏
A delicate creation made with a shortbread biscuit base, topped with Granny Smith apple jelly, finished with a vanilla whipped ganache and elegant chocolate décor. Tout simplement délicieux.
