In this episode of Grind, Koiki is sharing a little bit of her world. Her Japanese origin where coffee leans more filter focused, and that influence comes through naturally in how she approaches each cup. Nothing overdone, just clean and sweet.
In this one she’s pouring a Yirgacheffe. Stone fruit through the middle, a bit of peach, then it settles into a soft chocolate finish. It’s clean, a little tea like, with a gentle citrus edge that keeps it light.
