Red Rabbit Coffee Co. At our heart, we want to show you how great coffee can taste when passion and dedication come together to create something amazing in a cup.

We aren't about conventional Espresso and roasting methods – that's not what gets us out of bed in the morning. Red Rabbit Coffee Co. is the brain child of Steve Barrett. Moving the Roastery from Wellington's coolest little laneway to Parnell, Auckland in 2016 to a standalone premises to showcase great coffee to enthusiasts, geeks, lovers of taste - whether you just drink coffee or you are thinking about using us in your cafe we are always happy to see you.

As a Kiwi company, everything we build is for the Kiwi drinking it. New Zealand has some of the best coffee in the world, and we think the standard should keep climbing.

So we invested in world class facilities and equipment to make that possible here, at home, rather than importing someone else’s version of good.

Our pods are where that shows most clearly. We pushed the quality as far as the format allows, because a Kiwi shouldn’t have to settle for less just because the coffee comes in a pod.

That has always been the dream: to push what coffee can be in this country, for the people in it, without drifting from what we value. Made here. For here. ☕️🇳🇿
