Here is the start of what we think is a pretty great burger. We mince chuck steak (left), brisket (right) and short rib (not shown) in house to create our take on the juiciest most delicious beef patties. We then weigh these into 250 grams portions. Our buns are also made in house along with our take on a Big Mac sauce.
When we cook the beef Pattie’s we set the meat by starting it in a cast iron pan but then towards the end of its cooking life we transfer it over some hot coals to get a lick of smoke.
This burger is not trying to be anything other than the greatest cheeseburger you will ever have.
To get the word out, next Thursday 4th June we will be doing them for $15. On till gone so you better book so we can get our stocks right.
