Exciting times ahead for Nestorin Tila Oy in Muurasjärvi! To support their growing production, they recently commissioned a brand-new barn equipped with three milking robots.

With more milk comes the need for smarter cooling. We were thrilled to partner with them to upgrade their milk handling system, ensuring their infrastructure is fully future-proofed.

Quality does not stop at our factory gate. At Mueller, after-sales service in the field is just as important to us as the production process itself.

A great practical example is the recent inspection of a newly installed P-18.000. Our after-sales representative and Mr. Engelhardt from Servicepunkt Franken, the valued Lemmer-Fullwood dealer, worked together to finalize all the settings.

The installation looks perfect and the dairy farmer is very satisfied with the purchase and the support provided. This highlights our vision that strong collaboration and proper after-sales care are essential for an optimal result.

Recently, we had the pleasure of completing an impressive project for the Van Beek-Peeters family in Breda. A new 30,000-liter silo was delivered and installed, but the real value lies in the advanced technology behind it:

✅ Sustainable cooling: The silo is equipped with an 18 kW R-290 cooling unit. By using this natural refrigerant, the farm's ecological footprint is significantly reduced.
✅ Maximum efficiency: Thanks to the integrated heat recovery system, the heat released during the cooling process is effectively reused across the farm operations.
✅ Future-proof: With an eye on growth, a special valve for milking robots has already been welded into the tank. This makes the future transition to an automated milking system much simpler.

Onlangs mochten wij een indrukwekkend project afronden bij Familie van Beek-Peeters in Breda. Er is een nieuwe 30.000 liter silo geleverd en gemonteerd, maar de echte kracht zit in de techniek:

✅ Duurzame koeling: De silo is uitgerust met een 18 kW R-290 koelmachine. Door het gebruik van dit natuurlijke koudemiddel wordt de ecologische voetafdruk flink verkleind.
✅ Maximale efficiëntie: Dankzij de gekozen optie voor warmteterugwinning wordt de vrijgekomen warmte van het koelen nuttig hergebruikt op het bedrijf.
✅ Voorbereid op groei: Met het oog op de toekomst is er nu al een speciale klep voor melkrobots in de tank gelast. Zo is de overstap naar een automatisch melksysteem later een stuk eenvoudiger.

21 Years Later, and Still Shining Bright ✨

Take a look at these three 500L tanks at the iconic Cervexaría Rúa Bella in the heart of Santiago de Compostela. Installed back in 2005, these tanks have been serving fresh beer for over two decades, and they still look as pristine as the day they arrived.

These tanks are part of a proud legacy. Our partner, Hijos de Rivera (the legendary brewers from Coruña), has been a trusted collaborator of Mueller for more than 20 years. This installation is a testament to what happens when world-class brewing meets world-class engineering.

Custom craftsmanship for a perfect fit!

We recently installed a 28,000-liter Mueller silo for our new client, De Hoon Voesenek in Rijsbergen. This project was a great example of why "one size" doesn't always fit all.

Since the site was previously set up for a different brand, a standard installation would have blocked the existing drain. Thanks to some quick thinking and custom engineering from our factory team, we shortened the alcove floor just enough to ensure a seamless fit without requiring major site modifications.

The farm is now successfully cooling milk from both their two milking robots and their 60-cow parlor using the Mueller R-290 cooling unit. With integrated heat recovery, they aren't just cooling milk—they’re saving energy.

Maatwerk is de sleutel tot een perfecte match!

Bij melkveebedrijf De Hoon Voesenek in Rijsbergen mochten we onlangs een indrukwekkende 28.000 liter Mueller silo plaatsen. Een mooie uitdaging, want de bestaande voorzieningen waren oorspronkelijk ingericht voor een ander merk silo.

Het probleem? De alkoof zou precies over de drainput heen vallen. De oplossing? Onze collega’s in de fabriek leverden puur vakmanschap door de bodem van de alkoof iets in te korten. Hierdoor kon de silo zonder grote aanpassingen aan het erf direct geplaatst worden.

De familie De Hoon Voesenek koelt hun melk nu uiterst efficiënt. Of het nu gaat om de melk van de 2 melkrobots of de 60 koeien op de melkstal, de Mueller R-290 koelmachine met warmteterugwinning (WTW) regelt het.

Vor kurzem hat unser geschätzter deutscher Händler, die TSB-Elektronik GmbH, diesen Mueller Silo 30.000 bei einem seiner Milchviehhalter installiert. In Kombination mit den energieeffizienten E-Star R-290 Kältemaschinen wird die Milch in diesem Betrieb mit geringem Stromverbrauch nachhaltig gekühlt, sodass dieser Betrieb für die Zukunft gerüstet ist.
