Milking for the future at the Scholten Family in Zeewolde! 🥛✨

Together with our dealer Van Winden en De Bie, we recently installed a Mueller milk silo equipped with two sustainable R290 cooling units.

Thanks to a minor modification to the facade, the new silo with an attached alcove fitted perfectly onto the existing silo pad. This allows the Mueller silo to seamlessly replace the old system.

The Scholten family currently milks using a milking parlor and two Lely milking robots. The new installation is already fully prepared for the future, as the milking parlor will eventually make way for another four milking robots.

During the installation featuring the environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, the team at Van Winden en De Bie was supported on-site by one of our Field-Support colleagues.

We wish the Scholten Family every success and great cooling performance with this fantastic new addition! 🚜

Melken voor de toekomst bij de familie Scholten in Zeewolde! 🥛✨

Samen met onze dealer Van Winden en De Bie hebben we recent een Mueller melksilo voorzien van twee duurzame R290 koelmachines.

Dankzij een kleine aanpassing aan de gevel paste de nieuwe silo mét aangebouwde alkoof precies op de bestaande silovloer. Zo vervangt deze Mueller-silo naadloos het oude systeem.

De familie Scholten melkt op dit moment met een melkstal en 2 Lely melkrobots. De nieuwe installatie is al volledig voorbereid op de toekomst, want straks maakt de melkstal plaats voor nóg eens 4 melkrobots.

Bij de installatie met het milieuvriendelijke koudemiddel R290 werd het team van Van Winden en De Bie ter plekke ondersteund door een van onze collega's van Field-Support.

Wij wensen Familie Scholten heel veel succes én koelgemak met deze prachtige nieuwe aanwinst! 🚜

Looking back at an incredible milestone in the UK! 🥛✨

A few months ago, we teamed up with our dealer KJ Refrigeration to deliver a standout project. This 40,000-liter milk silo was custom-built in high-grade stainless steel to seamlessly match the farm's existing 40,000-liter unit.

More than just matching capacity, this project marked an exciting step forward for one of our partners: it was KJ Refrigeration’s very first Mueller tank installation running on eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. Expanding green cooling tech across the UK dairy industry is always something to celebrate.

A huge thank you to the team at KJ Refrigeration for their top-tier craftsmanship and continued partnership in reaching milestones like this! 🤝👏
