Happy New Year from us here at Insieme! We're so grateful for you all. After the beauty and bustle of the Christmas season, we're having a short winter break; but we'll be back again on Thursday, 8th January, to welcome you for dinner.

Every dessert menu needs a little chocolate! Our selection for fall is this homemade Crostada; a fruity pear tart made with dark chocolate ganache, topped with pears stewed in Vecchia Romagna (classic Italian grape brandy), and served with salted caramel ice cream. 🍐

We believe that there's no pork dish more delicious than Maialino da Latte Croccante; and once you've tried our crispy, slow-cooked Tuscan suckling pig – served with organic chard, roasted oyster mushrooms, potato purée, and mushroom demi-glace – we're sure you'll agree! 🥰

Here at Insieme, we can't resist a seasonal fish dish, this time a catch-of-the-day main course. A perfectly fresh fish fillet, oven baked with Cacciucco sauce – a traditional, tomato-rich Tuscan fish soup – and served with seasonal vegetables au gratin. Delicious! 🍅

Beautiful fall colours, for beautiful fall flavours – our Bavette alla Griglia e Salsa al Pepe Verde ticks all the boxes. Tender grilled bavette steak, with crispy Treviso radicchio, pumpkin purée, and green peppercorn sauce. So satisfying! 🔥

For true Italian flavour, you can't beat our Peposo Toscano starter! With Tuscan stewed beef – slow-braised in black pepper, and served with fried polenta, sweet-and-sour cauliflower, and red wine sauce – its a real taste of traditional Tuscany.

A second new entry from the Autumn menu – our Tortello al Cervo!
Handmade tortelli filled with venison tartare, and served with organic pumpkin sauce, a glossy demi-glace, and lightly spicy sautéed chanterelle mushrooms. Full of fall flavours, and perfect to warm up a misty November evening. 🍂
