What is really happening to Nigeria? šŸ’”šŸ‡³šŸ‡¬

People speak up and are hunted. Bandits move freely while innocent citizens live in fear. School children are still in captivity. The cost of living keeps rising, basic amenities are almost nonexistent, and the poor continue to carry the burden.

Yet some people proudly campaign for the same system that has brought so much hardship, standing under the sun for a bag of rice while the future of the nation slips away.

Maybe it hasn't touched you yet. Maybe it isn't your child in the hands of bandits. Maybe it isn't your family struggling to survive. But tomorrow, it could be anyone.

The question is: when will Nigerians say enough is enough? When will we become angry enough to demand better?

Nigeria belongs to all of us. Silence will not solve what is destroying us.

Weā€™ve been on a serious mission trying to flip the Sunday rice traditionā€¦ trying different meals, acting disciplined, staying committed.
But today? I returned to my first love ā€” rice šŸššŸ˜­
At this point, Renewed Hope failed us. Iā€™m sorry guys.
But make nobody judge me too hard because I wasnā€™t even the first person to default.
On a more serious note, get your voterā€™s card. Complaining online is not enough anymore. Our vote must surely count. YES!

Abacha is one food I can keep eating without getting tired of it. Especially when it is well mixed and loaded properly. A plate of Abacha will always melt my heart, no matter how many times I eat it. The love never fades.

This Sunday, we flipped the script and gave spaghetti the spotlight instead. Sometimes all it takes is one different plate to make Sunday feel fresh again. Soft life no dey always mean rice and stew every week o.

Saw a picture on someoneā€™s status and I wonā€™t lieā€¦ it inspired todayā€™s meal šŸ˜‚
The original picture was just plain white rice and red palm oil, but me? I had to remix it and create my own version. I call it ā€œSapa Inspired Riceā€ because sometimes na creativity and survival instincts dey run the kitchen.

Honestly, when you donā€™t know what to cook, random food pictures can spark ideas. You fit recreate it exactly, upgrade it, or make your own version based on the budget available. At the end of the day, na to chop and be happy.

Low budget, high creativity. We move.
