一、本店絕不進行重用椰青食材的行為。所有椰青均經獨立處理並即棄使用，從未將已供應之椰青回收再用。這一經營原則與食品安全底線息息相關，本店始終嚴格遵循。

二、為釋除疑慮，我們謹慎調查及翻看閉路電視開椰青過程，員工並沒有在任何流程出錯。當收到該客人對品質的反映也立刻提議更換另一個，但被拒絕。

對於不實指控，本店保留採取法律追訴權。有關「人為刮除椰肉」的指控屬嚴重不實陳述，已損害本店商譽及員工專業形象。本店絕不容忍任何誹謗言論，現已諮詢法律意見，不排除採取法律行動以正視聽。
