Our aim is to make it easier for people to incorporate healthy food into their day. We specialize in Vegetarian, Gluten-Free and Vegan Food. We are open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and we also offer an extensive smoothie and baked good selection. Centrally located on Seven Mile Beach just behind Lloyd's Smokehouse. Canadian Thanksgiving prep is underway… and the team may be taking the Canadian part a little too seriously. 🇨🇦🍁

This Sunday 11th & Monday 12th, we’re serving a traditional, gluten-free turkey meal with all the trimmings and dessert to finish.

Dine in or take away. Then on Tuesday, we’re keeping the tradition going with turkey sandys.

The iced Pumpkin Spice comes finished with pumpkin spice cold foam — or coconut cold foam if you’re keeping it dairy-free.
