移転して3週間ほどですが、少し慣れてきました。

先日の京都大阪ミシュラン2026で
YUNiCOは本年度もミシュラン1つ星として掲載して頂きました！
5年連続の掲載となります。
日々、応援して頂く皆さまに心から感謝を申し上げます。
毎年言ってますが、まさか自分がこの舞台に立てるとは、夢にも思ってませんでした。
支えて頂いてるお客様、いい食材を届けてくれる関係者、師匠、先輩方々、スタッフ、家族の支えあってのことです。

2週間前に移転して、試行錯誤をする日々です。
更なる料理とサービスの向上で来年もこの舞台に立てるようスタッフと精進します。
今後とも変わらぬご愛顧よろしくお願い致します。

It will be posted for 5 consecutive years.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who supports us every day.

As I say every year, I never dreamed that I would be able to stand on this stage.

It is the support of customers who are supporting, related people who deliver good ingredients, masters, seniors, staff, and family members.

I moved two weeks ago, and it's a day of trial and error.

【移転と現店舗営業終了のお知らせ】
いつもYUNiCOをご愛顧頂きありがとうございます。
3月28日(土)の営業を持ちまして現店舗での営業を終了しました。最後までご来店ありがとうございました。
2020年の4月1日にオープンしてコロナがあり、毎日ノーゲストのような日々もありましたが、丸6年なんとか営業できたのは、家族やスタッフ、先輩方々、ご来店頂いてるお客様のおかげです。
本当にありがとうございました。
4月8日の移転オープンに向けて、スタッフと引越し作業、試作などを急ピッチで進めていきます。
7年目を迎える新生YUNiCOを引き続きよろしくお願い致します。

【店舗移転のお知らせ】
いつもYUNiCOをご利用頂き誠にありがとうございます。
この度移転をする運びとなりました。

コロナと同時にスタートとして丸6年、7年目を迎えるタイミングです。
分かっていた事ですが、現店舗では手狭となり、
更なる挑戦をする為、キッチンも広くなり、個室も完備出来るような物件に出会える事ができました。
スケルトンの為、工事も始まってますが、期間を2ヶ月程度を予定しています。

取り急ぎ、お伝え出来るのは

現店舗は３月上旬〜中旬まで営業、移転オープンは４月上旬になる予定です。

[Store relocation notice] Thank you for always using YUNiCO. We have decided to relocate. We started at the same time as COVID-19, and now we are entering our sixth and seventh year. We knew that our current store was getting too small, so in order to take on new challenges, we found a property with a larger kitchen and the ability to provide private rooms. Construction has already begun on the skeleton building, but it is expected to last around two months. For now, we can tell you that the new store address is 6th floor, Star Building, 1-11-19 Sonezakishinchi, Kita-ku, Osaka.
