It’s honestly hard to believe that we’re ONE YEAR OPEN in Carrick already! ❤️

What a journey it’s been. From opening the doors with a lot of excitement (and maybe a few nerves!) to becoming part of such an amazing community.

The support we’ve received from everyone in Carrick and the surrounding areas has been absolutely incredible. And to our RockSalt Carrick team — you’ve been fantastic from day one and we couldn’t be prouder of you. 🙌

We’re bringing back our Christmas Cup Competition 🎅 again this year, with two spots available for our regular size coffee cups and for our flat white/espresso cups

Be sure to fill out your cup template whether you’re stopping by for a quick coffee ☕️ or dropping in for lunch 🍽️ you can post your finished drawings in specialty post boxes across all Rocksalt locations 📍and you get the chance to win a free Smyths toy voucher 🧸

Welcome to our August Recap 🎞️ marking the end of Summer ☀️

We’re delighted that this Sunday there will not one, but two Rocksalt Run Clubs!

In Blackrock, Fred's Functional Fitness and Brian Begley will be doing leading their awesome regular run.

Meanwhile, over in Carrick the crew at Embassy - Carrickmacross’s No.1 Personal Training will be hosting their inaugural Rocksalt Run. Starting at 8.30am from the cafe.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of whether you are seasoned or just starting out.

What’a more, there’ll be oaty refuelling treats from the Rocksalt kitchens for all those who take part in both locations.

There’s a chill in the air, and a change in the season…🍂

Welcome to Bakes & Bakers Volume 11 🍁 our first of the season

Up first we have our Black Forest Rolls 🍒 imagine a Black Forest Gateaux, but as a little roll! They’re the perfect bite sized treat. Chocolatey and gooey, with a beautiful tartness from the cherries, and sweetness from the cream cheese frosting

Next up we have our Apple Crumble Cheesecake 🍎 our traditional cheescake lovingly topped with baked apples and paired with a delicious crumble, and dusted with powdered sugar

And last, but certainly not least, we have our Louise Cake 🍰 a beautifully rich coconut sponge cake with sweet plums and a delicate French meringue
