This week we're remembering some of our previous classic dishes 😋
Do you remember any of these dishes?

🥪Black Pudding Sambo, an open faced sandwich piled high with eggs, black pudding, and red leaf lettuce

🍳Savoury Scramble, scrambled eggs on a bed of colorful salsa, topped with spinach leaves and buttery-soft chunks of squash

🦐Cajun Seafood Basket, shrimp and calamari in a beautiful medley of authentic Cajun spices, a classic from our Carlingford days!

🥚Eggs Benedict, delicately poached eggs smothered in Hollandaise sauce resting on a slice of sourdough toast, with smoked salmon and topped with crunchy watercress

The start of Summer is here, and so are our June Summer Bakes!
Welcome to Volume 8 of our Bakes&Bakers series👩‍🍳

Up first we have our Raspberry & Pistachio Cookies, making a comeback! If you need a reminder, they're packed full of roasted pistachios and tart raspberries, and delicately drizzled over the top with white chocolate 🤍🍫

Next we have our Rhubarb and Raspberry Crumble Loaf Cake 🍰 it's beautifully moist and melts in your mouth! With tasty morsels of raspberry and rhubarb baked on top of the cake

Lastly, our ⭐ of the show, our Baked Strawberry and Vanilla Cheesecake 🍓☁️🫐
It tastes just like summer, with fresh berries adorning the top of this gorgeous, rich vanilla cheesecake

These specials are only available for the month of June! Be sure to pop in to any of our locations and give them a taste

Little Rocksalt in Castlebellingham is open 🎉(And has been for a while!)

What a journey it has been, thank you to you all for following along and for your patience. We're so excited to welcome everyone through our doors!

Enjoy all the Rocksalt classics from our new open concept kitchen and cafe, or in our lovely outdoor seating area (weather permitting!)

What a Weekend 🎉

Rocksalt Carrickmacross' first Bank Holiday Weekend on the Main Street was something else!

With delectable street food treats, cafe favourites, and lovely Gelatos to keep you cool, there was plenty to celebrate this festival season.

Thank you to all who popped in this weekend, especially any and all performers!

We hope to see you all again next year!

keeping our Carrickmacross cafe open until 8pm this
evening, and all days of the long weekend!
Our Carrick location will be serving up Rocksalt
