We were treated to a lovely cheese tasting sheridanscheese for Boyne Valley Flavours AGM last week. Great to catch up with other members in the beautiful surroundings of Sheridan's Cheesemongers. A lovely spot to pick up some local produce and beautiful Irish cheese. 🧀

☕️🌿 Just got a pallet of this beautiful coffee from Marcala, Honduras and it's very cool indeed.

Grown in one of Honduras’ best coffee regions (with its own Denomination of Origin), this organic coffee reflects the rich biodiversity of the area. Even the hummingbird on the bag is a reminder of the unique ecosystems that make coffees like this possible 🐦✨

This is the kind of coffee that makes you slow down, appreciate the flavour and the aroma and enjoy the moment.
