Just a short distance from The Tan Yard, Killarney Urban Farm is where local growing meets a little bit of innovation. Our 13 hydroponic towers allow us to grow fresh herbs, salads and vegetables year round, giving our kitchen access to locally grown produce throughout the seasons.
It’s all part of our farm to fork approach at The Tan Yard, where knowing where our ingredients come from is just as important as what we do with them.
