New week, new sambos. Two fresh faces have landed at the counter, alongside the classics that aren’t going anywhere.

This week’s line-up:

πŸ₯ͺ Di**le Goats Cheese Focaccia
Creamy Di**le goats cheese with sun-dried tomato, fresh pesto, toasted walnuts, peppery rocket and a drizzle of honey from our rooftop hives. Sweet, savoury and just the right amount of messy.

πŸ₯ͺ BBQ Pulled Pork Focaccia
Tender BBQ pulled pork with crunchy slaw, herby ranch dressing and melted Emmental. Smoky, saucy and definitely not a neat lunch.

πŸ₯ͺ Our Resident Ham & Cheese Focaccia
Generous layers of ham and cheese, wholegrain mustard mayo and mixed leaves, all tucked into crisp, airy focaccia. A classic for good reason.

πŸ₯ͺ Our Resident Smoked Turkey Club
Soft, buttery brioche stacked with smoked turkey, crispy bacon, ripe tomato, crisp lettuce and creamy mayo. The classic club, dressed a little better.
