Meet Ryann Ramos Nolan - our head of operations!🙋🏻‍♂️

Five years at East Village Clondalkin taught Ryann pretty much everything there is to know about hospitality: how to look after people; lead a team; keep standards high when the place is absolutely flying: and, most importantly, make people want to come back.

Now he’s bringing all of that experience to Cora with a serious love of coffee, good food, great service and the community that makes a place what it is.

Cora is built on quality, consistency and a little bit of personality.

And Ryann is just getting started!

Whether it's chats about cappuccinos and cortados or strategies for dungeons & dragons🐲, Ryann is the man to talk to!
